In english please.

« We were very happy to see the link on your blog!! The preview slideshow that you put together is phenomenal – we are in love with the pictures, you have already shown us some of our favorite moments, and we were so happy to discover new moments that we didn’t even know until we saw the photos! You capture color and light in the most beautiful way, we are so glad that you insisted on doing the photos in the vineyard – the crickets in the dress were worth the photos!! Absolutely lovely.
We will be sure to leave a review on your facebook page, and in the meantime, please see our replies for your article:
– We met each other in San Francisco, in October 2012. I had spent 6 months for an internship in Paris, and met some friends who introduced me to more French people living and working in San Francisco. We met at a Halloween party randomly, where he had taken advantage of his Justin Bieber-style haircut to go as Justin Bieber, and I had arrived as Selena Gomez. It was fate!
– Damien proposed 5 years later, when he surprised me with a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming for our 5 year anniversary. We spent the weekend touring Yellowstone park, and after a beautiful dinner and dessert by the fireplace at the Four Seasons hotel, we exchanged anniversary gifts; I offered him new soccer shoes, and he offered me an engagement ring.
– We knew we wanted to celebrate our marriage in France, but after Damien discovered our dream location at Manoir de la Garde on a quick solo time back home, it left us only 9 months to plan a wedding for 200 people. We were extremely lucky to have the help of our families, but it was still 9 months of full-time work to create the wedding of our dreams. Hard work and the amazing support of our families paid off, because August 18th was a perfect day.
– The actual day of the wedding passed quickly; it seemed like no time had passed between breakfast and leaving for the church! But time stood still for us as we exchanged our vows at the church, and celebrating together with all of our family and friends till 6:00AM the next morning was the best feeling. Luckily we had brunch planned for the same afternoon, to continue the party!
